Ifrin Fittock is a consultant turned into CEO of SisterWorks Inc. She talked to SBS Indonesian about her organisation, Sisterwork, and how it delivers programmess that empower migrant, refugees and asylum seekers women to achieve their social mobility and economic goals.
Asked about Australian women she believes that they can do better, since the gap in equal pay for example still exists. Regarding women's participation in politics or their representation in parliament, it is also still lagging behind.
