On 21 September the world marks the International Day of Peace which also known as World Peace Day. It was established by the United Nation Assembly in 1981. The theme for the United Nations' International Day of Peace (World Peace Day) in 2026 is Invest in Peace - For Everyone, Everywhere, Every Day.
