The Indonesian Culinary Association of Victoria is an initiative of the Indonesia Consulate General for Victoria and Tasmania. It has a three-pronged plan to promote Indonesian cuisine for cultural, social and economic benefits. Heri Febriyanto shares his vision and enthusiasm.
