This is a unique day accompanied by abundant superstitions and phobias. What exactly is the cause of his superstition in the horrors of Friday the 13th?

Friday 13th is one of the English-speaking world's most famous superstitions that - for some people - can trigger feelings of discomfort and premonitions of fear of misfortune.

According to the Gregorian solar dating system, Friday the 13th is when Friday weekdays coincide with the 13th day of each month. The

year 2023 it happened twice: in January and October.

And although many go through the day unscathed, quite a lot of people are frightened because psychotherapists who specialize in phobias have coined a special term for it.
