Jazz is incredibly popular in Indonesia and the Java Jazz Festival is one of the biggest jazz events in the world. Its guest list shows a very broad understanding of what jazz is. UNESCO feels the inportance of jazz so that it needs for an International Jazz Day.


Melborne’s pianist and composer originated from Indonesia, ade ishs took part to celebrate the Jazz International Day and explains why jazz has the ability to reach different people.
