Some researchers have found that the emotional well-being of young single people can improve if they use the internet. But that does not seem to be true for young, single Indonesians.


Dr Karel Karsten Himawan, a lecturer in psychology at Pelita Harapan University  explains why interaction and activity on the internet cannot satisfy many young, single Indonesians’ understanding of happiness. What do they need to do to be happy?
