The Truth and Reconciliation Commission (KKR) in collaboration with the KontraS Federation formulated a policy for the sustainability of Aceh's peace that had been stalled for 13 years.

Hendra Saputra, Kontras Aceh Coordinator is one of the speaker at the Open Seminar in Sydney about the Aceh Truth and Reconciliation Commission conducted by Sydney South East Asia Centre dari Sydney University.

Kontras Aceh Coordinator Hendra Saputra said the implementation of Aceh Qanun concerning the Truth and Reconciliation Commission (KKR) was still hampered by the Ministry of Home Affairs. Until now, both the Aceh Government and the Indonesian Government has not yet fulfill the victims' rights.
