The Indonesian Culinary Association of Victoria (ICAV) will host an Indonesian Street Food Festival at Victoria Market on August 30-31, 2025, in Melbourne.

According to Lia Tanamas, Event Coordinator of the Indonesian Street Food Festival, this year's event is intended as part of the 80th Indonesian Independence Day commemoration. Therefore, the event will be somewhat different from the ICAV event last March. Each food vendor participating in the street food festival will have their own signature dish. Lia Tanamas advises arriving early to avoid missing out, as many visitors are also fans of Indonesian food.
