Researchers in Australia have developed a world-first blood test for Parkinson's disease.It could enable doctors to diagnose and treat the debilitating disease much earlier, affording patients a better quality of life.
The researchers say it is possible the blood test could be developed to detect other neurodegenerative disorders, such as Alzheimer's.
