Ukrainian officials say a Russian strike has killed at least 34 people in the northeastern Ukrainian city of Sumy in one of the deadliest attacks in months.
The strikes wounded nearly 120 people and prompted President Volodymyr Zelenskyy to again call for a tougher international response to Russian aggression.
