Response to an Open Letter.

While opening the Indonesian pavilion at the Royal Melbourne Show, Indonesian Consul General for Victoria and Tasmania, Spica A. Tutuhatunewa, responded to an anonymous open letter that was addressed to the Indonesian Foreign Ministry and circulated on social media.

On what grounds was an open letter circulating in social media that was addressed to the Indonesian Foreign Ministry critical of the performance of the Indonesian Consulate in Melbourne?
