In NSW, drivers aged 75 and over are required to undergo annual health checks to keep their driving licences valid.

Ms Annie Upton through her organisation Aisyiyah — NSW, gives workshops for senior drivers to stay safe on the road.

You are required to complete a medical assessment and, if required, a driving test before your birthday date each year.

For those of you who are on medication, please be careful and alert to possible side effects that may affect your ability to drive.

The government also provides free transport services for eligible senior drivers.
