On Saturday 21 November South Australia will come out of strict COVID-19 lockdown. The lockdown came as a shock to many people and prompted familiar reactions like panic buying. But many South Australians viewed the Government’s action positively. Why?


The lockdown was announced on 18 November. Not long after the announcement, Olivia Atmadja Sharp, treasurer of the Australian Indonesian Association of South Australia, explained her different responses to the news.
