Dr. Peter McCawley, former Deputy Director General of AusAID, former Dean of the Asian Development Bank, former head of the Australian National University's Indonesia Project and currently a Visiting Fellow, at Arndt-Corden Economics Division & Indonesia Project Australian National University College of Asia and the Pacific discusses some pragmatic issues concerning I-A CEPA.
