The Numbers of Returning International Travellers Will Be Increased

The Australian Prime Minister said the limit for Australians returning home from abroad would be gradually raised, with the states of Queensland and Western Australia agreeing to increase the number of admissions.


There are around 25,000 Australians stranded overseas and finding it difficult to return to Australia. Therefore, the National Cabinet consisting of the Federal Government and State Premieres made an agreement to increase the numbers of the returnees in each state.
