The Indonesian Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has introduced a Village Anti-corruption program to increase the integrity of government across the nation. The KPK recently made the village of Panggungharjo in Bantul regency as Indonesia’s first anti-corruption village. Why was the village selected?
The people of Panggungharjo in the regency of Bantul appreciate the professionalism and honesty in the administration of their village. The team from KBR 68H visited Panggungharjo to find out how corruption free elections and administration are benefitting the community.
