The baby blues are perfectly normal in the immediate postpartum period and typically include sadness, mood swings, and even anger.


However, when someone is affected by baby blues and other issues related to giving birth, seeking professional help is necessary.
Ayuningtyas, an experirnced midwife from Tlogorejo Hospital in Semarang explained to SBS Audio about the challenges new parents face and the best preparation for giving birth.
