Shandra Woworuntu, the founder of Mentari, Human Trafficking Survivor Empowerment Program in the USA, Amalia Wulansari, Project Coordinator of Climate Change Adaptation at the BINTARI Foundation in Semarang, Tina Howard an Early Childhood Educator at the Children's Protection Society (CPS) in Melbourne, and Cass Grant, from AVI (Aust Voluteer International) who is working with AMAN (Indigenous Peoples Alliance of the Indonesian Archipelago) in Bogor, Indonesia discuss their understanding of womens current status in the different places where they live and their vision for women in the future.


What complexities do we face in assessing the current status of different women? How has each speakers work contributed to improving the condition of women? How can women be brave to bring change in line with the theme of International Womens Day 2017?
