A draft deal aimed at keeping Britain in the European Union will be put to a summit of all 28 member states on Feb 18/19 2016, The deal would allow Britain to keep its currency and limit migrants' access to benefits.
Conservative MP says the draft deal only serves to strengthen the arguments in favour of Britain leaving the EU.
