Most women want to know whether they have entered menopausal stage. In Australia, the average age to reach menopause is 51 to 52. Menopause can happen naturally at the expected age or early.

As dr Cely Goeltom, a Women Health General Practitioner at Eastern Medical Centre in Melbourne explained to SBS Indonesian, menopause is a natural decline in reproductive hormones when a woman reaches her 40s or 50s. She explained about the symptoms and what can women experience particularly during pre-menopause period. As well as what the bosses should do when there are women in the office undergoing menopausal period.
