ASUNA is a Japanese multi-instrumental sound artist. He is performing "100 Keyboards" at The Substation, Newport in Melbourne's west from 10th - 13th October as part of Melbourne Festival.
ASUNA's live performance, 100 Keyboards features sounds of 106 keyboards, mostly children's colourful toy keyboards. It creates a magical evolving effect of sounds for people's ears. He is a highly regarded experimental musician not just in Japan, but also around the world.
His first Australian tour kicked off in Melbourne on October 11th, he will be performing at Live Works Festival in Sydney from 18th - 20th, then at Contemporary Arts Centre in Canberra on the 21st, then performs in Arts Gallery of Western Australia in Perth on the 23rd of October.
