Bringing Japanese kushiyaki skewers to Australia—. Yoshihiro Yura arrived in Sydney with his family in the 1990s, just before the bubble burst in Japan. However, the strategy fell short of expectations.


Since the 1990s, the restaurant has survived the fluctuations of time and exchange rates, the Covid-18 lockdowns and the subsequent New Normal, but this year it is closing its doors. In the audio, we spoke to Mr Yura on his life in Australia.
