Donald Trump has used his inauguration address as 47th President of the United States to flag his administration's agenda for the coming four years. The returning leader says he is committed to a wide range of policy reforms, including leaving the Paris Climate Accord, establishing an External Revenue Service, and officially recognising only two genders.
