‘Archibald Prize’ and ‘Making Modernism’– Art Gallery of NSW

The Art Gallery of NSW (AGNSW) will hold an annual exhibition of The Archibald, Wynne and Sulman Prizes from the 29th of July. The Archibald Prize is one of the most popular and prestigious awards for portraits in Australia. Kaoru Morioka, one of the community ambassadors of AGNSW, explains what the Archibald Prize is and how it started. Also AGNSW is currently holding another exhibition titled 'Making Modernism - O'Keeffe, Preston, Cossington-Smith until the 2nd of October. Kaoru explains the exhibition, which consists of about 90 artworks, too.
