Australia haemorrhaging women and diverse people from science says Professor

Australia should set up a dedicated advisory council to get more women and people from diverse backgrounds into the science and technology workforce. That's one of a suite of recommendations detailed in the Pathway to Diversity in STEM Review, commissioned by the Federal Government. It's hoped it will lead to both structural and cultural change within the sector.
