
Chiho had gone through a serious illness and, to take better care of her health, she started making Japanese fermented food made from local Australian ingredients.
Her passion and expertise were spotted by a local brewer and Chiho was offered a job to develop a new Japanese sake there. At that time , she had no experience in making sake. Now she has a beer label with her name and her new Japanese sake has become available in the market. Chiho created her original Kombucha as well.
