The number of coronavirus cases on the ship has reached 542, including 36 Australians. Broadcast on the 20th of February, 2020.


The Australians airlifted from Japan after being isolated on a coronavirus-hit cruise ship for two weeks have come home on a special Qantas flight.

Just under 200 citizens and permanent residents took up the federal government's offer of a seat on the evacuation flight.
