On November 2 and 3, The National Symposium of Japanese Language Education was held at the University of Technology, Sydney. We interviewed Taku Hashimoto and his students from Wellers Hill State School where bilingual education with Japanese and English has been practised. Also, we interviewed Anne De Kretser from Monash Japanese Language Education Centre who co-organized this symposium with the Japan Foundation, Sydney.
