Christchurch court hears harrowing testimony from NZ mosque attack victims

Survivors and family members of the 51 people who lost their lives in the 2019 Christchurch mosque shootings have confronted the gunman. The High Court in Christchurch heard harrowing testimony from a number of victims, as well as disturbing detail about the crimes. The court was told the 29-year-old timed the massacre to maximise casualties, and had planned to burn the mosques down.
