Deadly Seaworld helicopter crash could have been prevented: Report

Australia's aviation regulator has found that a deadly helicopter crash on Queensland's Gold Coast in 2023 was preventable. Four people died when two Sea World helicopters collided above the Gold Coast Broadwater during the peak of the busy summer holiday season.
