Hiroshi Okuyama, an upcoming Japanese film director, talks about his prized film Jesus which will be shown at the Sydney Film Festival opening from the 5th of June. Broadcast on the 21st of May, 2019.

Hiroshi won the new director award at the 66th San Sebastian International Film Festival in Spain last year.  He was 22 years old when he received the award.  That made him the youngest recipient of the award in the festival's history.

In the audio, Hiroshi explains to us his film-making style and shares his personal experience which formed the film's story.
