Easter observed around the world, with calls for peace amid conflict

This Easter, prayers for peace are being heard around the world. At the Vatican, Pope Leo delivered his Easter message, “Urbi et Orbi,” denouncing conflicts across the globe to thousands gathered in St Peter’s Square.
