Gifu Prefecture of Japan is exporting the first authentic and premier WAGYU beef out of Japan to Melbourne, Australia. The delegates visited Melbourne and showcased their top quality WAGYU beef to Australian top chefs, restaurant owners, and potential buyers at TAXI Kitchen on 28 Aug 2018.
