Mayu Tomaru, a Melbourne-based Japanese cooking instructor, shares her tips with us on how to enjoy Asian groeries in everyday Japanese meals. The theme of this episode is curry, everyone's favorite.


前回と前々回(エピソード32と33)では、アジアングロッサリーで日本人の人気の食品トップ10を、都丸さんの個人の経験から紹介しました。

今回はアジアングロッサリーで買える食材をいつもの料理にどうやって活かすか、について聞きます。まずは一般的なカレーの作り方を都丸さんに添削してもらいながら、最後にカレーに合うアジアングロッサリーを3つ紹介してもらいました。
