How to deal with loneliness during pandemic

Truck drivers and their families know a lot about loneliness. But when Australia went into COVID-19 lockdown, it became even harder not having the chance to connect with others. A Swinburne University of Technology survey found 50 per cent of respondents reported feeling more lonely since COVID-19 began. And a study from software company Socialsuite found that young people have become the loneliest age group.
