Ai's dream is to be able to play the sport around the world.
(The interview was recorded on the 24th of February, 2020, before the cancellation of the NBL1 2020 season was announced)
After five years of playing for Japanese team JX-ENEOS Sunflowers, Ai decided to come to Melbourne. She was going to play for Australia's Albury Wodonga Bandits but this season was cancelled due to the coronavirus outbreak.
In the audio, Ai tells us why she came to Melbourne and explains other activities she's been into, such as drawing and fashion design.
