Iran abandons nuclear restrictions following general's death

Iran has declared it will no longer abide by any of the restrictions imposed on it under the 2015 nuclear deal.

It comes as fallout continues over the United States' killing of Iranian General Qasem Soleimani.

Iran says it will no longer abide by any restrictions imposed by the 2015 nuclear deal.

In a statement, it said it would "continue its nuclear enrichment with no limitations and based on its technical needs".
