A jack mackerel is used here, while authentic "Gomasaba" is a local dish with mackerels in Fukuoka, Japan.


福岡名物ごまサバ風ごまアジのレシピ

材料
生アジ 1尾
すりごま(白が良い) 大さじ2
おろし生姜 小さじ1
醤油 大さじ2
酒 小さじ1
みりん大さじ1

 作り方
1.内臓や頭などを取り除き、切り身にしたアジを、1cm幅に切る
2.材料全てをよく混ぜ合わせ、切ったアジを漬け込む
3.半日ほど、冷蔵庫で漬けておく
(そのまま食べても美味しい)
4.紫蘇や刻み海苔、ネギなどの薬味をかけて一緒に食べたり、温かいご飯にのせたり、熱い出汁茶漬けにして、わさびをのせても美味しい!
