On May 15, the University of Sydney hosted “Japan is Calling,” a student-led dialogue event that brought together Japanese Studies students, Japanese Consul-General in Sydney Osamu Yamanaka, and representatives from Australia’s Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade to discuss the future of Japan-Australia relations.
