Japanese Language Speech Contest Victoria 2024 was held at the University of Melbourne in late August. The national competition, with a history of over 50 years, ended last year. But with the committee's efforts, the state competition remained to be held this year. SBS Japanese spoke to two prize winners of the Open Division in the contest.
