For 11 years, father and son have kept their restaurant alive together. From the kitchen to the counter, every detail at “R by Raita Noda” in Sydney’s Surry Hills is cared for by Chef Raita Noda and his son, Sous-Chef Momotaro. SBS Japanese spoke with the pair ahead of father's day.
