Kane and Kotfe quit their jobs to be openly gay and happy

Kane and Kotfe, a couple from Japan, are set to lead one of the Japanese floats in this year's Mardi Gras parade. The former firefighter and former police officer felt compelled to quit their jobs to openly embrace their identity as a gay couple.
