Wami Coles thinks that food which is gentle to the human body protects the environment.

Wami Coles, a Sydney-based Japanese mum who runs True Blue Organics, decided to launch a delivery service, following the indefinite closure of farmers' markets where her company has stalls.

Due to the coronavirus outbreak, it's getting harder for people to get fresh organic vegetables and fruit.  Wami thought that she can still be a bridge between consumers and organic farmers.

True Blue Organics sells organic vegetables and fruit at farmers' markets in Sydney.
