A seasoned voice actor for the Japanese animation, Ryotaro Okiayu, has been playing a greatly diverse characters throughout his career of nearly three decades. He was one of the main guests at a Japanese pop culture convention SMASH! which was held in Sydney last month. He names the mental strength as the secret of longevity in the tough industry of voice acting.
