Despite the FIFA Women's World Cup expanding to 32 teams, only one nation will be representing the Arab world. Morocco's team will be aiming to emulate their male counterparts, who reached the semi-finals of last year's World Cup in Qatar.

The squad arrived at Melbourne airport ahead of the World Cup, to be greeted by this small but rapturous group of local fans.

After a few days of training and a friendly match behind closed doors, they held a training session in front of those adoring supporters for the first time.
