Rika Shimo and Phillip Moraghan are winemakers from Little Hampton, Victoria. Untied by their love and passion for wine, the couple is driven by the dream of one day, growing Koshu (white grape variety of Japan) on their land. They say Koshu wine has great potential in Australia, where Asian cuisine—especially Japanese food—is deeply appreciated.
