Tochi is fermented soybean. Fermented black soybean is used in this recipe. They are added at the final stage of stir-frying along with the small amount of sake and soy sauce.
Ingredients
Pork Loin 250g
garlic shoots half bunch
Dried chillies 1〜2
Tochi 1 tablespoon
Soy sauce/Sake 1 teaspoon each
Dash of Salt and Pepper
