Since she came to Australia, she has met a number of Japanese patients, clients and their families. She has become aware of the difficulties that Japanese residents in Australia often face - the language barriers and the complex system of the services provided by the government. She believes that being a bilingual care manager for people in need such as the elderly and people with disabilities, she is able to support their wish to live happily and independently at home in Australia as long as they can.
