Members of the Japanese Book Club Koe recite "開いた窓 (The Open Window)", a short story by the famous British author, Saki.

In The Open Window, a man suffering from a nervous breakdown is visiting a mansion he was told about by his sister's acquaintance.  The man is staying in the country near the mansion to recuperate.  He was welcomed by a young lady at the mansion and heard a sad and mysterious story about her aunt.  Then the aunt shows up and the man realises something is not right.

Kazuko Chalker, Makiko Hachisuka, Michie Spain, Kunihiko Hashimoto, Yumiko Hasimoto deliver this beautiful short piece with an unexpected ending.
