Restaurant Business is severely affected by COVID-19 pandemic. Although the restrictions on the business start being relaxed lately, the crisis is far from over and some of them such as social distancing rules are still in place. Mr Ikuei Arakane, the chef of Wasshoi, talked about the business situations where many restaurants were struggling.
